The spiritual director is trained to listen, discern and sometimes ask questions. The task of the spiritual director is to pay attention to the person’s story and to the Spirit, and to encourage spiritual growth. Spiritual Direction is not friendship, mentoring, teaching nor counseling. It is the commitment to discover what God is doing in a person’s life and to help that person come closer to Christ. Sessions are offered either face to face at my home in South Ripley, Queensland or Online over Zoom. If you are local to me and able to do face to face I would recommend this.
The first session is free as we meet together and we can determine if this will be a good fit for you. After that each 1 hour session is $50.
Yes in many cases you can and in some cases it is recommended. Check with your workplace or governing body.
